Returns are not typically accepted for change of mind; however, customer satisfaction truly matters. If something isn’t right, please don’t hesitate to reach out—each situation is handled with care and understanding.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. A solution will be offered, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.
For other concerns, including sizing or general satisfaction, messages are always welcome. While returns are not guaranteed, support will always be provided to find a fair and reasonable outcome.
Mystery jewellery jars, bundles, and curated sets are part of a surprise experience and are final sale, but if there is ever an issue, it will be made right where possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Something Yellow is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once marked as delivered. If an issue occurs during transit, assistance will be provided in filing a claim where applicable.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, so please double-check details at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
